I’m Liv Gardner (she/her), a certified massage therapist and 500-hour yoga teacher with advanced training in Neuromuscular Therapy through the National Holistic Institute. My work is deeply informed by my lived experience navigating chronic conditions like endometriosis, migraines, and pelvic pain—and my passion lies in supporting others who are walking similar paths.
Through Carespace, I offer bodywork that is trauma-informed, intuitive, and rooted in care. My sessions blend evidence-based techniques like deep tissue and trigger point therapy with a slower, more intentional pace that honors the nervous system. Whether you're seeking relief from physical discomfort, emotional overwhelm, or the everyday exhaustion of living in a body that holds so much—this space was created with you in mind.
I specialize in working with folks experiencing chronic or invisible pain, particularly Black and Brown women and femmes, and believe that healing is most powerful when it's accessible, personalized, and rooted in relationship.
In addition to massage therapy, I draw from a background in restorative yoga, meditation, and community-based wellness. My mission is to create spaces where you can feel held, seen, and gently guided back to your own sense of safety, softness, and strength.
